At EA Immigrations, we believe in maintaining transparency, trust, and clarity in every step of your immigration journey. To make things easier for our clients, we follow a structured 3-installment payment model that aligns with the major stages of your process.

Step-by-Step Payment Structure

We follow a 3-installment payment system to ensure a smooth and transparent process:

1st Installment – Registration & Case Initiation

This is your initial commitment towards your immigration journey. Once paid:

  • We officially register your case.
  • Allocate a case officer to guide you.
  • Begin internal strategy and profile review.
  • Share a basic checklist and timeline overview.

Note: Without this payment, no formal process will begin.

2nd Installment – Before Documentation Begins

Once you’re ready to move forward, the second instalment is required. This is where our documentation process begins:

  • Collection of academic, financial, and personal documents.
  • Drafting of important paperwork (like SOPs, affidavits, etc.).
  • Profile polishing as per the country-specific visa requirements.
  • Internal quality check by our documentation team.

This stage ensures your file is complete and meets embassy standards.

3rd Installment – Post-Verification & Before Submission

After your documentation is completed and verified:

  • Our operations team does a final quality check.
  • You make the final payment.
  • We hand over your file or move ahead with submission.
  • Final consultation on visa interview, embassy appointment, and timelines.

We only accept this payment when we are confident your documents are ready to go.

Important Additional Guidelines

We believe that transparency is key to building trust. Below are some important guidelines that every client should be aware of while working with EA Immigrations:

 Flight Ticket Booking

Booking international flight tickets is the sole responsibility of the client.
However, we understand that this can be a stressful step, especially with changing airline policies and visa timelines.

That’s why our team is happy to:

  • Advise you on the best timeframes to book based on your visa stage.
  • Recommend budget-friendly portals or travel partners (if needed).
  • Help ensure your booking aligns with your embassy or visa travel window.

We do not directly book or charge for flights but are always here to guide you.

 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is often a mandatory requirement for visa processing, particularly in countries like Canada, the UK, Schengen Zone nations, and more.

Clients are expected to:

  • Independently purchase a valid travel insurance policy.
  • Ensure it includes essential coverage such as medical emergencies, repatriation, trip delay, and cancellation.

Our team will support you by:

  • Sharing insurance provider suggestions trusted by embassies.
  • Explaining the minimum coverage amounts as per your destination country.
  • Reviewing your selected policy to ensure compliance.

We recommend completing your insurance before the final visa submission step.

 Hotel Booking (Proof of Accommodation)

For tourist, student, and temporary visas, most embassies require you to show proof of accommodation during your intended stay.

EA Immigrations assists you by:

  • Generating embassy-compliant hotel bookings.
  • Using your card details only for booking verification, not actual payment (unless otherwise discussed).
  • Ensuring your accommodation dates match your travel plan.

This ensures that your visa file looks complete, credible, and timely.

Your data is handled securely, and no charges are made without approval.

 Embassy / Consulate Fees

If your package includes discounted service charges or negotiated pricing, the following applies:

  • All government-related fees (such as embassy fees, visa application charges, biometrics, etc.) must be paid by the client directly.
  • We will guide you on when and how to pay them, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

These fees are non-refundable and governed by embassy rules — not EA Immigrations.

No Hidden Charges – 100% Transparency

Our pricing model is simple and transparent:

  • Every payment made to us is documented with an official invoice or receipt.
  • The fee structure is fixed at the time of agreement and will not change without mutual consent.
  • No hidden charges, extra costs, or last-minute additions — ever.

We believe in clear communication and upfront expectations.

 Ongoing Support at Every Stage

From the day you register until you land in your destination country, we are here for you.

Our support includes:

  • Real-time updates on your case progress.
  • Assistance through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Expert help with embassy appointments, interview guidance, and travel planning.

We treat your journey as our own — you are never alone in the process.

Refund Policy | EA Immigrations

Refund Policy

At EA Immigrations, we strive to deliver high-quality services and set clear expectations. While our goal is always to help you succeed, we understand that certain situations may not go as planned. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. No Refund on Completed Services

Once any part of the service has been initiated or completed (such as documentation, consultation, profile review, or embassy file preparation), no refund will be provided for that portion. Our team invests time, expertise, and resources in each stage, which cannot be reversed.

2. Rejection Handling – Free Reapplication Option

If your visa is rejected, we offer a free service reapplication within 90 days for the same country, provided your profile is eligible for a second attempt.

  • Embassy/Consulate/Government fees will need to be paid by the client again.
  • Any new/additional documents must be arranged by the applicant.

This gesture is our way of standing by our commitment to your immigration journey.

3. No Refund If Client Discontinues

If the client voluntarily stops or drops the process midway — for personal, financial, or other reasons — no refund will be applicable. This is because team hours and strategy are already invested in your profile by that point.

4. Refund in Case of Appointment Delays (Limited Cases)

In rare scenarios, if we promised an early embassy appointment (in writing) and are unable to provide it due to external reasons (e.g., slot unavailability not caused by the client), we offer a partial refund of 60% of our service charge.

  • The delay is not due to your unavailability or change of plans.
  • The promised timeline is missed significantly (by more than 2 weeks).
  • The condition was mentioned in your service agreement or communication.

Our Promise

We are committed to keeping the process fair, client-friendly, and ethical. Refunds are handled case-by-case with documentation and internal review. If you have concerns about your eligibility for a refund or reapplication, please connect with our support team directly.
